Support anyone?

Where are all my fellow HA sufferers today, I'm despairing a little over how I feel right now and need some support.

I'm feeling generally unwell and my symptoms are different, I thought they were getting better but have returned again. I keep telling myself that, as a wise man once tole me, if it were anything bad, it would be constant and not be better at times but when I get pain it scares me if I can't explain why. My IBS is back and now my bladder seems to be irritated. Could this be an infection, without any vomiting. I have a head ache too :-/ Any help or advice would be greatly appreciated, especially if someone else has had anything similar? Anyone?

Anxiety is a horrible thing. GI symptoms are common when we are anxious :(

Thank you, I know its silly, I've been here before, just hate feeling ill as it scared me so much.

It's not silly at all. Anxiety does cause your gi tract to go crazy :) Whenever I am anxious or nervous about anything it's the first place I feel it.
