Sore breast and armpit :(

Hi I'm new here.!! I've got this pain in my armpit it feels like my clothes are digging in like there too tight (there not) the pain goes into by breast.ive checked the whole area there's no lumps.!! I had a load of blood test the other week for something else they all come bk clear does that mean this pain isn't anything nasty.??

I had the same pain and got referred to the breast clinic where they did an ultrasound and a mammogram. Turns out the pain was from working on my laptop!!
