Hi Beth, I think they usually say to feel the full effects it takes 6 to 8 weeks. Wish it was like a headache tablet and only took 1/2 hour :hugs:

If only, now wouldn't that be a treat, half an hour to feel normal again!

I think its 6-8 weeks however when I have changed AD's I've found that its perhaps only taken about 4 weeks though you end up with a tumultess time

For me it was around 4 weeks too. In fact with Paroxetine (which I wouldn't recommend if you don't want to gain weight quickly) I would say a fortnight is when I started feeling it's effects.

I have been on luvox 100 for 2 weeks just hoping it starts to help more soon.
