Really worried

Hi - I have bad health anxiety.
My wife has found a tiny round-shaped ball in the cartilage at the side of her nose.
She's not worried about it at all and thinks it's probably a sebaceous cyst.
But I'm terrified its cancer, although I obviously won't say anything to her.
I can't sleep because of it.
Can anyone help?

It doesn't sound too serious, but I'd tell her how I feel about it honestly and see if maybe she can get it checked out by a doctor.

I know this is really old, but I was wonderinf if she went to the dr and what the outcome was because I am stressing over the exact same thing right now.
