having trouble sleeping been takeing cit for about 3 weeks . They seem to be starting to work feel quite good just wondered what others took to help with sleep...kalms.niteall.etc....

Rivotril (clonazepam) helps me sleep, but other than that, I try and don't take anything, but rather let my body regulate my sleep cycle.
