Would skin cancer reduce in size and not grow back after 3 weeks of steroid cream use but still be under the skin and spreading?

In a word - no. It certainly wouldn't respond to a steroid cream! You're ok x

I didn't think so, but I have arm, hand and elbow pain on the arm where it was and I'm freaking out thinking I have all sorts of cancers.

Cancer doesn't hide, it doesn't decrease in size. You said yourself you have been exercising hard - can you see the connection?

I know I know, when I calm myself down and think logically I'm fine for like a minute then I just freak out again. I have so many random sharp pain happening all over my body right now!

Adrenaline does all sorts to the body, it can make you feel amazing but released at the wrong time, it's truly awful. All I can do is reassure you that what you've described doesn't fit what you fear x
