im haveing treatment from a mental health worker that starts in 2 weeks ,but he asked the psyciatrist that is what i do in the day and it made me think i do more or less the same every day ,i take my dog for a walk every morning ,some house work washing ,i like to colour ,but because i have no friends because i cant go out alone im pretty alone .my hubby and son come in from work tea time and i watch tv im well and truly stuck in a rut because of my anxiety is anyone else like this

Well at least you have routine :) Getting some exercise taking the dog for a walk and doing things you enjoy isn't too bad, but can understand how you would like more. Do you not do anything with your husband like go out places?

Yee, Taking dog out is a good start.
