Anybody having really bad allergies this year, I am always blowing my nose. Cant go back to Dr. lol Been there so many times already.

I keep feeling like I've got a cold but I put it down to allergies .

Thanks I know I am overacting. I know on some level it is HA. Thank You with all you are going threw for answering my stupid anxiety filled question.

It's not stupid :). Allergies are a real pain in the bum :D

I'm sure you have an allergy.

I do a lot of sneezing and sniffling. ive put it down to allergies.
I can't have a cold for three years lol.

You could get something to treat it. It's very common.

Stress weakens the immune system. If you work too much, for too long, you get illnesses like this. So, anxiety can certainly do it since that's constant stress on us and we burn through nutrients faster.

Get more vitamin C. Spread out doses of the stuff but you don't need that much since the body can only take so much in one go (360mg, I think, but do check that to be sure) and rest if pushed out through the bowels. At high enough doses (mega dosing) it causes the runs.

So, either get a timed release form or take smaller doses throughout the day. I take 2 a day and I've rarely been ill in years despite all the anxiety.
