New to the site and currently going through early side effects of Sertraline. Terrible so far but my dose has been increased so I'm sticking it out

Really great to have a website like this and to share experiences and hopefully keep each other armed with hope

I feel a shed load better today, more motivated to go to the gym and that's really pepped me. I was worried about being unmotivated as cant afford to be ATM.

Let's hope I stay at this level as it feels like I'm normal again.

I'm conscious that it all might crash again so taking each day as it comes.

How was your journey? Would be great to hear about it if you have the time x
