Just a simple boy looking for advice

Hello my names Ethan and I am in my early teens, I've only been experience really bad anxiety for a few months now, most nights I can't get to sleep because I'm up all night worrying about my health when nothing's wrong, I expierence abdominal pain, chest pain, health worries and panic attacks regularly. I try to not let it ruin my day because I'm only young and I need to get on with life.
