Strange Nightmare... Racing Heart

Hi all

Had a crazy nightmare yesterday. Woke up drenched, that's fine.

The thing is I was out of breath when I woke up and my heart racing (http://www.belmarrahealth.com/heart-racing-night-causes-treatment/) uncontrollably. 2nd time now.

Anyone experienced this? Any advice?

Yes, experienced this during periods of high anxiety.

Beta-blockers help if these things are happening regularly, but see your Doctor obviously.
