Hello,

Yesterday I was on the train to London and had to get off as I worked myself up in to a major frenzy, since then the anxiety and panic have been non stop. And I mean that literally.

I have all over tingles and I feel like my entire body is going numb. I feel like I can't feel my arms and I'm having stiffness and hand and tongue spasms. And I can't get my breathing right. I feel awful and haven't had this kind of anxiety for a long time, it feels like it's never going to stop.

I'm not really sure what to do and how to stop it. I'm trying to distract myself but it's not working at all.

Any advice?

Its mostly about the breathing. I am sure you have heard this all before but it is. If you can get your breathing under control the tingling should start to go. Just search online for breathing exercise anxiety and you will find an endless supply. There are some links on here somewhere for MP3s for such times. I found them very helpful.
