Does anyone take thyroid medication? I've been on t3, liothyronine for a weeks and it's sending me loopy. Always had anxiety, I'm on cipralex but I had my thyroid removed 3 weeks ago and since I'm on thyroid med I'm panicking 24/7:weep:

I had my thyroid removed 3 years ago due to thyroid cancer, I know from experience that the meds are fat soluble therefore it can take up to 8 week before you will see an effect from the meds. I'm on Levothyroxine and when ever they change my meds its seems like forever until I feel any difference. However everyone is different if your having any concerns keep asking the questions of your GP.
