Does anyone find they cry or laugh way too easily -over the top emotions?

Since my anxiety has been really high this time I've noticed I feel too emotional. For instance if I'm talking about something that's fairly funny I feel like I'll nearly cry instead of laugh, and then I'll feel like crying at random times, it's like my senses are overloaded -like when we saw a sea lion show not long ago I just wanted to go outside and cry, and watching Frozen before with my daughter!

Anyone experience this sort of heightened/misplaced emotions thing?

exaggerated emotions are a classic sign of stress time. try and take some more quality time out for yourself each day.

Yes. I'm a very 'tearful' person anyway.
The slightest thing can set me off especially when I'm anxious and stressed
Anything to do with animals or the elderly tends to be worst for me x
