Stomach issue PLEASE RESPOND. ANXIOUS

Hello, I'm posting about a mild stomachache. I do have ibs BUT PLEASE DO NOT MOVE THIS POST AS IM NOT SURE THIS IS AN IBS ISSUE. At times I get a mild, dull stomach ache that fades after a few hours. As I said it's fairly mild but can this be ibs related or is it something else? It's in navel area. I'm not sure if it could be gastritis or other abdominal condition but it's making me anxious not knowing, so if someone could give me feedback I'd really appreciate it. Thank You.

Yes, it could just be IBS, it also could be muscular, that can come and go a bit. Have you taken anything to alleviate it?

I take antacids which work which makes me think it's gas related to ibs. Another reason I suspected its ibs acting up is because it sometimes happens in morning & I know ibs can act up in morning. I posted here because i wasn't sure if it was ibs related. Aside from having ibs, my stomach is very sensitive, too sensitive. Thank You for getting back to me.
