deja vu

This is really weird but i get creeped out if i have deja vu. This really might sound weird but every time i have it i think it is some kind of omen and go into a panic. I really need help!

I get deja vous quite often, especially if i am tired, not sure if this is related to my panic disorder, but at times it can creep me out and make me a little anxious...

yes about any type of deja vu makes me go into a panic.

i tend not to worry about de ja vu as much as i have done when previously suffering from it quite a lot, as i heard it happens more when you are tired and your brain doesn't react as quick to seeing or doing something, not sure if this is true or not, but it did make me worry less, although when i am vunerable with anxiety and panic it can still make me freak a little, Paul
