A cold and sweating!!!! Scared

Felt a little under the weather past 5 days cold, blocked nose,stuffy head, tired and achy. I'm worrying as keep swearing loads when I'm sat or lie still in ok it's when I start moving and doing things it happens. Don't think the weather helps either. I'm scared it's serious hate my life there's not a day goes by we're I don't think today is the day I'm going to die😥😥 I'm slowly loosing my mind too can't remember anything

I went through about 3 weeks of feeling exactly like this. Convinced myself i had aids and all sorts!! Since then i have been prescribed citalopram and referred to a therapist for my HA. It helps to talk to someone, have you been to the doctors?
