Does anybody else suffer with S.A.D?

I'm pretty sure this is the type of anxiety I have, all be it centred around my health, but it only seems to become a problem through the colder months. How can anyone really enjoy Christmas when they are suffering with anxiety!? I just don't know how to relax myself through the winter and it's driving me crazy!

My anxiety can get worse depending on what type of day it is, so if it's cold and raining my mood can sometimes become lower than what it normally is and on days when it's bright and sunny outside my mood is can be better. The only person who can correctly diagnose you and recommend a treatment plan is a doctor.
