Just registered on here so thought id introduce myself.
Hi I'm Jon 36 from Surrey and ive been suffering from anxiety now for most of my life but its been at its worst the last couple of years.
I'm looking forward to talking to people here and hope to help as much as I can also.

I joined the site a year or so ago but havent used it for a few months and just came back on this week, ive found it very helpful already reading through other peoples posts on the forum and being able to relate to them!
Being able to chat with other people in similar situations is so nice!
