So i have been on citolapram since March starting at 10mg and now at 30mg for 4 weeks. Things have been so much better this last few weeks and actually have had days with no anxiety.. So i guess i have been feeling so happy.. However yesterday and today.. Anxiety and internal jitters etc.. very angry. trying to ignore it but is not nice as we all know!! Is it a blip or do i need to go to 40mg.. thats where the doc wants me to go anyway.. Fed up but trying not to ponder. Thanks Polly Advice would be appreciatated. x
