Good evening all its me again!

I know I only posts the other day after a worry over my breast(rad parches) which I think is now just dry skin and eczema.Today I found a small lump um my armpit it's quite painful,it seems to small to be a lymph node, also I don't know if it's because I have been prodding/touching it a lot but I think it's a little red bow As usual I'm starting to go into panic mode!
Come to think of it now I seem to get these a lot,can anybody shed a bit of light

An ingrown hair or pimple is what I'd suspect.

If it's close to the surface and red/inflamed and painful, it's a skin problem of some kind, and very unlikely to be serious.

Thank you for replying to me,I've had a look in the bathroom this morning where it's better lighting and it looks like it's a spot coming, maybe ingrowing hair. Its not red as of yet

There are lots of sweat / oil (sebaceous) glands in your armpits that can block up and cause problems. This is an issue that particularly affects young adults. If it is a skin problem, it should be mobile over underlying tissue.
