Ive been taking citalopram for nine days now and have experienced side effects such as sore teeth not a great appetite and i woke today with very bad back/rib pain? also have a sore throat i was already sick with a mucus cough but now dont know if its related to that or the med, i found it has been working in that i havent had a proper panic attack it seems to stop it so thats a relief..any advise? thanks
