Sore/tender spot just above breast

I noticed a few months ago I had a sore spot (yet another one!!) just slightly above my left breast (not sure if you'd call it breast of chest area). I managed to put it out of my head until last night. I happened to touch that area and it was instantly sore.
My HA is ridiculous lately so I'm freaking out over it. I'm not able to tell myself that it might be a muscle or something because I noticed it a few months ago.
Am I completely over reacting again? I just don't know any more what I should be concerned about and what I should forget about.
Is this something that would bother a "normal" person??

I could really do with some advice here. I'm really worried over it, but I really don't know if I'm over reacting or not

Please, had anyone had anything like this ever?? I don't want to go back to my doctor if I can help it as I was only there the week before last and like many of us HA sufferers know, it can get embarrassing going there too often.
I just don't know what to be concerned about any more
