Got H/A bad at the moment (doc says nervous breakdown) had since July and got much better and now down again with more health worries. I take a multi vitamin daily and I am wondering if I should take a Vitamin D3 or will this affect my meds? I worry when I take other pills, such as laxatives in case they have an adverse effect on my medication. As the winter is here and I am stuck in alot I thought maybe I am Vit D deficient and this could be making me worse. Any ideas on this please? If I take anything extra like this and then I get moe anxiety depression etc, I then think it is the vitamins I take
