My current symptoms are after standing up after lying down my left ear sometimes feels full and I have several eye problems such as a perceived shadow and a few times a day I will see a blue spot in my vision for a fraction of a second.I have also in the past few days had a pain in the left side of my head from just above the back of my neck to the top of my head but I had been ill so I thought it could be sinus problems from that but my other symptoms have been present for a while . Do these symptoms point to anything as I am a little worried
