big changes to doses

just posting as i'm a bit nervous about the changes to my medication and some of the side effects....


my dose of cit has been pushed up from 20mg to 40mg as well as taking 40mg of propanonol twice a day for panic. its been 4-5 days since this has started and i've been feeling really fuzzy headed and my jaw is really tense.. i find i get easily irritated too, is this normal?

i know it was a big jump so that might have an effect as well as it being my first time on propanonol.. not as drowsy as it first made me in the first 2 days!

would love to hear anyones experiences.

I would be willing to bet the increase in dosage is giving you some side effects. I would give yourself some time to get used to it.

Yes Grace, that happened to me when I was upped from 20 - 40. Fuzzy head, tired in afternoon, yawning, feeling lethargic, increased anxiety, but they all went over a period of 4-6 weeks which is how long it took Cit to start to work on me, 8 weeks in fact.

I have now changed to Fluox as I wasn't getting a lift from the Cit.
