Hey there I'm new to this forum, I'm 33 and I've been struggling from panic attacks/anxiety since about 16-17 I've had a pretty good control over my anxiety and never letting it snowball into full panic, but until recently I've split with a girl I was seeing and I've been having anxiety I can't cope with again, the fact we split and she's already talking to a guy and likes him and says she has no feelings for me has made things obviously worse. Getting all the symptoms tight throat, restlessness, over thinking everything etc

Just wondered if anyone went through the same experiences and they dealt with it.
