So I have been very inactive just going to work and watching TV and I'm 2 or 3 stone overweight

Whenever I use my muscles they always shake but tonight I did 3 sets of 10 reps bodyweight squats and my legs are shaking so bad it's hard to walk

How can I be this bad after just 3 sets with no weights?

If you re unfit then it will take time for your body to adjust to exercise.

Maybe you are doing too much too soon?

Did you warm up properly as well?

That would normally be a warmup but I haven't worked out in 2 years. I guess true weakness would mean I couldn't do them at all. All I can do is keep doing them and see if it improves
