I've been on 20mg for over 10 weeks now and I am still feeling so dizzy everyday and my body feels really weak and jelly-like. Anyone else suffer from these symptoms? And if they haven't gone away at this point, will they?

5 years in a row?

Did you have trouble coming off them? 5 years seems way too long?

I was on citalopram for maybe 7 years then escitalopram for 7 years, they work well. That might entirely be psychosomatic but I think the only long term side affect they worry about is addiction. 20mg is a low dose, the starting dose is 10mg so don't worry about it. It sure cause side affects but you do adapt to them, like with anything, it takes time, how long depends on the individual. I was always told, when you take them, make sure you do something physical, like go for a walk or tidy your room. It helps the drug perform better.
