Hi all
I was very stressed in the past 3 months with my leg and breast lump issues. Both are resolved now but then suddenly I feel shortness of breath intermittently in the last few days. I had one episode in march of this year and after ekg, thyroid, CBC tests, nothing was found (8months ago). They put it due to stress.
Now the doctor once again ordered CBC, thyroid and blood clot in the lung blood tests. I'm scared again. I have fears about the CBC test forever. What if something turns out wrong? I just had it 8 months ago, what is the likelihood that it turns out bad this time? Beside the shortness of breath and my high-end heart rate (100/99 bps), I have no other symptoms. My oxygen level was normal at the office.
Anxiety gives all kind of irrational fear.
