I was asleep and of course I hit the right side of my head little which woke me up(only me) turns out I was staring at the wall too closely lol, but of course now I'm too scared to go back to sleep, its kinda irritating because I want to sleep but funny at the same time oops

I feel okay apart from it hurting a little and feeling almost a kind of pressure feeling, just reminding myself that I hit it harder this summer while I was camping and I was still fine but that's nit enough for ny anxiety yikes
