Dizzy spell and visual disturbance

Scared

Was driving along happily when all of a sudden I get dizzy sensation and my vision goes weird like side to side. Had this happen a month ago when watch tv and went to dr wasn't sure what it was.

Anyone else experienced this??

Yes. Had it earlier this year during a spell of anxiety. Once whilst cycling. (That was scary.) Once whilst at work.

Had tests and all came back clear. Dr attributed it to a viral infection I'd had a few weeks before.

Just freaked me out like my vision went distorted but felt really dizzy lasted a few secs

I get that every now and then. Just them couple seconds can send me panicking the rest of the day. It would be nicer if I could just brush it off and not dwell on it but that's tough to do.

Without sounding like I'm reassura seeking, can you tell me what happened to u?

Also do you just put it down to a bodily function?
