View Full Version : jumpy hands
My hands and fingers are 'jumpy' lately, not all the time. My boyfriend has said its normal and muscles relaxing. Anxiety runs to muscle diseases OR Neuro stuff. I tried ALS test with twisting bttle cap. Fact its both hands is good right? Is it normal?

Yeah, it's just a normal muscle twitch.
Very often when I feel stressed at work I'll be typing and one of my hands will just jump up. Muscle twitches are SUCH a common sign of stress & anxiety, and your hands jumping is just a muscle twitch.
Thanks, i guess more so notice it when i'm paying it sttnetion. Itll b'e a thumb or my wrist. Been a week I've noticed it.

Yeah, same here! For me it's usually my thumb or my whole hand will jump up, which I guess is my wrist. Honestly nothing to worry about.
