Loss of breathe [Archive]

Hi all, does anybody experience sudden loss of breathe for a second? Been suffering from health anxiety for quite a few months.

I had this symptom 3 times its like you have forgot to breath

yea i have had this before and i also get it sometimes just before i drift to sleep

I have a really strange habit that I do.. lol, but it's similar to what I think you may be going through. I like to take in deep breathes purposefully and sometimes I feel like I can't get a full breath. I'm really anal about this , I don't do it all the time but here and there. It used to be a lot worse. Don't get yourself thinking the worse.. your body will always remember to breath!
