I'm Charlie, and I suffer from health anxiety to quite an extent. There is a family history of mental health issues but in me and my sibling the health anxiety wasn't triggered until the passing of my father earlier this year. I came here to find people with similar experiences and also to receive comfort in the times where I'm sure of my imminent demise. I hope it will be helpful in combating my issues.
