Does anyone know any good distractions they use with HA or anxiety?

Adding up numbers on number plates, focusing on talking to the person I'm with (or on the phone with), playing videos or games on my phone, thinking about the times I felt no anxiety, the last time I laughed, the people I love... Sometimes distraction works, sometimes it doesn't, but focusing on your breath might help lower down your anxiety levels, so you could try downloading an app that can help you with that, such as Prana Breath.

Crossword puzzles are a good distraction for me. Google alternate nostril breathing too. It is a good relaxation technique.

I watch alot of films and TV series to distract myself! Also readin or doing puzzle magazines, or I even do some of those adult colouring books which also help me chill out a bit!

I find a decent game on the 3ds distracts me. Like somebody else said I also try watching TV. Sometimes it works, sometimes it doesn't. I also like doing Sudoku although that isn't for everyone as some people think it's very boring haha.

I love reading, but can't get into it at the moment.
