Hi,

I've just been officially diagnosed with severe social anxiety disorder and agoraphobia, although i've had these problems on and off for 16 years (i'm 29 now). My life is not great at the mo, and i really, really, really want to get better.

Anyway this site was was recommended to me by the psych nurse i saw, and from what i've looked at so far it looks interesting, and people seem to be supportive, so i'm sure it'll be of some help.
