Please put my mind to rest !!

I have had blood on stools since 17 bad diet and constipation . I had been diagnosed with piles a few years back . My diet is much better now and piles do come and go with blood , but it's not constant .... anyways .... I've made myself so worried as I read on the internet piles can lead to cancer , and now I feel so sick and having panick attacks !! Please help me !

I'm going to just wanted some reassurance to be honest . I had gone a few months with no issues but really soft stools . Just that due to stress I've been constipated and no back to this

I sort of know how you feel really at the minute,I've had problems going to toilet and aches and pains for a few months and have seen some pinkness in poo. I really understand how worried you are and can't really offer any explanations other than stress can cause awful issues in that area, but just wanted to say I understand but I'm sure you'll be ok,big hugs xxxxx
