Hello all,
Is this another symptom of anxiety. I've been experiencing this all week. I feel fine otherwise btw no virus or anything like that.
Its sort of on the top of my head and all of a sudden feel light headed but not really ill.
Otherwise I feel fine, so I assume it isn't a balance problem.
It really isn't very pleasant.
Bit of background - I have had what I think are panic attacks 3 or 4 times over the last two years. My GP prescribed 40mg propranolol, which seemed to help a lot but then I had 3 attacks of complete breathlessness  My GP tested for Asthma which I haven't got but gave me a ventolin preventer to use if I need too. I now don't take the propranolol because of the breathlessness.
