Worried Sick stupid thoughts!!

Hello I'm having a colonoscopy tomorrow & started my prep today (4pm) took two senocot at 8am...had a massive panic attack just by taking them which you can buy over the counter. I'm so afraid to start the picolax I'm feeling dizzy like I'm about to pass out I ran around the house crying I just wanted to run from what & where I do not know...I have posted this in the colonoscopy section but this is my health anxiety playing me up, I feel I don't have "normal anxiety" mines just absolutely out of control. I'm just scared of everything that's to do with procedures. just hoping someone can calm me down :) many thanks for reading x

Well... you better darn well start taking the picolax! You need to be cleared out so they can see properly. Besides, pretty soon you won't be able to "run around" as all the running will be coming from a different place :whistles:

Seriously though, the worst part is the prep. The procedure is a breeze. You won't know or remember much once the meds kick in.
