I have temperature sensitive nasal lining in my right nostril and if I breathe through my nose outside when it is very cold I get nerve type shooting pains the next day or days before the nerves calm down again.
I did not leave the house yesterday so wasn't out in the cold but woke up this morning with shooting pains in my right nostril whenever I breathe in through nostril of move my nose as in flaring nostrils or wiggling nose to push glasses up etc. My nose is not sore inside at all.
I had it about 10 months ago for a few days and GP was flummoxed other than its sinus pain.
I know its unlikely as my GP has never come across anyone with sensitive nasal lining before but anyone on here who gets sinus issues can you get this type of pain with straight forward sinus problems?
