New to Group from USA

I'm new to this group. I'm 36 and live in the USA. I've been in a funk lately and needed to seek something out like this to help me back in the right direction. I've been depressed lately and I need to get back on track. I lost my brother in February and I think that plays a lot on my mind. I started a new job that took me to a new state. Lot of stuff going on and I'd like to be able to get help. Thanks.
