Back again!!!

Not sure if it's a migrain or something much worse! I feel so sick keep going light headed, stabbing pains in head one side now and again but I feel really werirs I don't like it and I'm scared :( please someone tell me it's migrain I am on my period witch might not help but I hate this :( I don't wanna die

I have been having similar symptoms minus the period since I'm a guy. I had blood tests done lately showing I have low Vitamin D levels taking supplements now so hope fully that will help. You have anxiety it is more then likely caused by that try to calm down.

I had bloods done I'm low in iron I have been taking my tablets for this I just hate the thought of dieing and I feel like I'm going to I can't cope :(

Stress causes headaches and your body is reacting to the stress of you being worried so its probably caused by stress.
