Tinnitus - This is actually something I do have, so if anybody needs advise on this one then please don't hesitate to contact me. It's mild, but I have tried and tested many a mangment techniques.

Muscle spasms - Not so much.
Insomnia - thankfully not.
Herpies - thankfully not.
Schizophreina/losing my mind - Yes
CFS - No idea what this is.
MS - Yes I hate Microsoft too.
