Blood test tomo

Have a blood test tomo, dr is checking my thyroid, cholesterol, iron, lft and full blood count. I will now sit a nervous wreak till next week when I get the results expecting her to call and say come in immediately 😞 Worried they will find something abnormal like cancer or something

Surgery just called bloods aren't usually due back till tomo. Receptionist called and said dr has requested a telephone conversation and the earliest I can get is tomo afternoon. I'm literally terrified!!!
