Drug Withdrawl

Have been on citalopram for 3 years and have gradually weened off over the last 6 weeks and stopped fully 2 weeks ago have had the brain zaps which is improving but having headaches feeling tired but worst of all my anxiety is sky high. Is this all part of the withdrawl process as I don't want to give in and will all this pass ?

The time lime and tapering sounds about right. Was this an intentional withdraw recommended by your doctor?
