Hi guys.
I've been brought back to this forum due to panic this morning. I did a search on this forum, but couldn't find much on this.
First thing today I felt like I needed to spit out some phlegm in my throat - just like any other morning, so I spit into the sink.
When I looked down I noticed it was brown in colour and had some thick sticky looking parts to it.
Now I'm worrying that it's actually blood and that there is something terribly wrong with me. (Of course!)
The more I have been coughing up this morning, the clearer my spit has become. It is now pretty much clear.
Last night I had a really spicy curry in the evening, and then I had a few chocolate fingers right before I went to bed. Maybe that could have something to do with it?
I am a social smoker, but I had one cig last Saturday and that was the first in about 3 months. This is a usual pattern for me, and I really don't smoke a lot at all now. This year has been the best so far in regards to that!
Has anyone had anything similar?
