Hi all, it's been a long time since I've posted anything...I'm still on 20mg and tbh I really feel like I've had enough.....the thoughts of harm are back, along with terrible dreams and nightmares.....for a few months I felt energised like the old me but now the brave face and acting has started again to fool friends I'm ok, I'm not.....is it time for a increase in dosage or have they just stopped working?
