Do i take diazepam?

So I currently take atenalol, sertraline, mitrazapine and olanzapine but still have panic attacks daily and struggle to even leave the house. I have had phone appointmentso with the drs and he just keeps giving me diazepam but I haven't took them because I was on them a few years ago and ended up really relying on them to get me through a panic attack and I don't want to end up like that again but on the other hand I don't want to keep feeling like this everyday. I don't know what to do.

It's really up to you. They are rather demonised in the UK but that doesn't mean you can't take them for some relief.

I take 4mg for panic attacks sometimes. I try my mindfulness, distraction,,cbt type techniques too. If I seem unable to calm down despite then I take them. Takes some willpower to not just give in instantly though as im sure you know
