Let me preface this with the fact that finals are coming up, and I have 3 content heavy exams to study for on back to back days.

Since a couple of days ago, my chest has been feeling weird. Nothing serious, so I brushed it aside. Fast forward to about 11pm today, and suddenly, I feel very sick. I feel:
[LIST]
My hands and feet getting cold
My heart feels like it's beating irregularly
I feel a lump in my throat
Difficulty breathing
My mouth dry up
My legs feeling sore

Needless to say, I am already stressed out because of exams. However, being a hypochondriac, my mind starts to worry about these symptoms too. The rational side of me is saying that this is all just stress, but the hypochondriac in me keeps nagging me about the worst possible things this could mean. So is this just a result of stress, or is it something much worse?

When I'm stressed out, my whole body aches and I get pains in my legs and arms. Also, I get shivery and cold when anxiety strikes. If, when your exams pass, you still feel those symptoms, I'd go and see a doctor, but otherwise, I'd say you're just tense. :)
